Each workout consists of 3 main phases HIIT, Bodyweight-Strength, Core. 

This specific 3 phase layout was designed to burn-fat continuously, Challenge your mental toughness, Increase your V02 max and have you moving with purpose. 

It will also help boost metabolism for a longer duration and build lean muscle faster.

This type of training is efficient and can give your body both anaerobic and aerobic exercise.
